New England-Style Clam Strips

Fried clams are to New England what barbecue is to the South…a tradition. Crispy on the outside with the tender, sweet, clam meat on the inside. Serve these with a squirt of lemon and a little tartar sauce you’ll feel like you’re at a local clam shack on the Cape.

Ingredients:  Wild Surf Clams, Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Soybean Oil, Sugar, Salt, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Dried Yeast, Dextrose, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Guar Gum.

Contains:  Crustacean Shellfish (clams), wheat, soy.
