Love a grilled burger, but want something healthier?  This is it.  Our hand-crafted Surf Burgers are made from wild-caught, Alaskan Sockeye and Keta Salmon sourced from the pristine waters of Northern Alaska, and defined as “Best Choice” for sustainability by Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch Program*.

Ingredients:  Wild Alaskan Keta and/or Sockeye Salmon, blue cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes), white rice flour, shallots, chives, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil, reconstituted lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice), onion powder, garlic powder, spices.

Contains: Fish (Salmon), milk.
